Storage

As always, fresh produce is most delicious and nutritious when consumed as close to the harvest date as possible.

Cranberries will keep for months if kept at a steady temperature. It is not necessary to refrigerate cranberries, but if you do, leave them there until you use them OR store in freezer. They are perfect for muffins or sauce right out of the freezer.
