This sound good to me, but of course, I am a bit of a cheese hound.
From Member Marie-Jose’s cookbook she bought in Brussels 🙂
- I bunch chard
- 2/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 bread slices without the crust chopped.
- 1/2 camembert cheese sliced
- salt/pepper
- sesame seeds
Wash and mince the chard and steam 5 minutes – let cool.
Beat the eggs and milk and add the bread then the cooked chard.
Pour into a buttered/oiled oven safe dish and top with the camembert and the sesame seeds.
Bake at 350oF for 30 minutes and serve.
I can’t wait to try this. It’s so odd, but I have a good friend named Marie-Jose from Brussels too.
