Shell Beans, Potatoes, and Garlic
Cook shell beans (Roma are best) and boil potatoes separately. Mash potatoes and thin with some of the potato cooking water. Add some olive oil, the beans, salt, pepper, hot pepper (optional) and freshly pressed fresh garlic (crucial). Serve warm.
