Storage
As always, fresh produce is most delicious and nutritious when consumed as close to the harvest date as possible. Blackberries will keep a few days in the coldest part f your fridge. If they are moist when you get them, store uncovered. They freeze beautifully: spread out on baking sheet that will fit in your freezer, freeze, then package up in containers and return to freezer. If you don’t care about them retaining their shape, you can toss them right into a freezer bag 🙂
